Risoud Forest, August 2019
The backpacks are ready. Today, we leave for one week camping with two guides aka Squirrel and Forest, from Vie Sauvage and brilliant people in the Risoud Forest. With us, we have: flour, oil and rope. All the rest that we need to find in the forest. Each day, we'll have to find plants, herbs, mushrooms, fruits or fish if we want to eat.
